The movie 3 is about the story that takes place between two lovers, Ram (Dhanush) and Janani (Shruti Hassan). Ram is the son of a wealthy businessman and he is a very jovial person. Janani, on the other hand, comes from a middle class family and is not as outgoing as Ram. When they first meet on a rainy day on their way to the college, Ram falls hard for her. Their love story begins here and eventually they end up getting married. Ram and Janani move into an apartment of their own and life is good for a while, until one day Ram is found dead. Janani is devastated and like any loved one she starts to recollect her memories to see if she can find the reason for her husband's untimely death. The twist in the story and the characters that come out is definitely worth watching.
